#HOW TO INSTALL SOLAR ROOF TILES

1. Batten spacing needs to be in the range of 330-370cm

2. Remeasure the roof to make sure the real situation matches the design layout

3. Lay out the first row of panels to validate the measurements

4. Leave maximum 1cm gap between the panels

5. Make sure the tiles in both end of the rows fit perfectly (a=b)

6. Use chalk line to align the panels in column

7. Install the cable that connects the first string of panels to the inverter

8. Make the first connection with the cable connected to inverter

9. Leave the grounding wire under the top batten to be connected to the top panel frame

10. Secure the screws with the grounding wire attached

11. Fasten the screw on the other end

12. Secure the hooks in place. 15cm from the end of the panel

13. Continue by laying down the panel and pulling back the hood to secure the panel in place

14. First column set. Connect the cables

15. Make sure the cables are not connected over the batten

16. Repeat the same in all the adjacent columns

17. Plug the last cable with the extended cable connection with the inverter

18. Join the last grounding wire with the one leading to the utility room

19. Done roof!
